Our flexible PVC sheets also known as rigid foam or Foamex provide a constantly smooth and bright surface which is versatile, flexible, light weight and durable.
Commonly used at 5mm, our Foamex can range from 1mm - 30mm in thickness and up to 3000mm x 1560mm in size.

Ideal as inserts for replacements for your existent sign frame.

The material is produced using a black polyethylene core that makes up 90% of the sheet and is placed between two thin aluminium sheets.

There are over 10 colours to choose from.
We can apply vinyl lettering or fully cover your panels with any print/ colour to you requested size.

Gecko sign trays can be made from either a durable 3mm raw aluminium or a more lightweight aluminium composite.
Trays can be fabricated in one piece up to a maximum face dimension of 2900 x 1900mm; trays of larger sizes are easily produced and will be fitted with a simple butt join system enabling the fabrication of trays to almost any size.
