We print foam board up to 2400 x 1200mm (standard foam board sheet size) in a single panel. For larger displays, panels are butted together during installation.
No. Standard foam board is an indoor product — moisture causes the surface paper to delaminate and the board to warp. For outdoor rigid displays, we recommend aluminium composite (ACM) instead.
Yes — foam board is light enough to hang with appropriate picture hooks or D-ring hardware. We can fit D-rings to the back of boards as part of production.
In an indoor environment away from direct sunlight and moisture, foam board displays typically last 2–5 years before the board surface starts to show wear. For permanent installations, aluminium composite is more durable.
Our direct UV printing produces a slightly textured print surface by default. For a fully smooth finish, boards can be laminated with a gloss or matt overlaminate — available as an option.
