Sometimes. Illuminated signs, signs above a certain height and signs on listed buildings or in conservation areas often need advertisement consent from the council. We flag it during the survey — do not order a sign anywhere before checking this.
How long does a shop sign take?
Typical fascia jobs run from survey to fitting in a couple of weeks depending on materials and consent. Tell us your opening date and we will work back from it.
Can you replace just the panel and keep the tray?
Often, yes — if the existing tray is sound we can re-skin or re-panel it, which saves money. We will tell you honestly if the tray is past it.
Do you do the fitting yourselves?
Yes. The people who make the sign fit the sign. No third-party fitters.
What if my sign fails?
