Types of Window Frosting We Offer
Etched glass effect vinyl — The most popular window frosting product. Creates the look of sandblasted or acid-etched glass at a much lower cost, with none of the permanent commitment. Applied directly to glass in full sheets or as cut shapes/patterns. Removable and repositionable if your glazing changes.
Privacy frosting — Full or half-height window frosting to give office workers privacy from the street or open-plan areas. A common requirement for solicitors’ offices, HR rooms, medical consultation rooms, and therapy spaces.
Branded manifestations — Cut-vinyl logos, company names, or patterned manifestations applied to otherwise clear glass. Required under Building Regulations Part M for glazed panels where glass could be mistaken for an open doorway — combining safety compliance with brand identity.
Decorative frosting — Geometric patterns, botanical designs, abstract texture effects, and architectural decorative frosting for interior glass screens, shower enclosures, partition walls, and shopfront windows. Can be printed in spot colours for more complex designs.

Building Regulations Compliance
Building Regulations Part M requires that large areas of clear glazing, particularly in public and commercial buildings, are marked with manifestations to prevent collision with glass mistaken for an open space. These manifestations must appear between 850mm and 1000mm from the floor, and between 1400mm and 1600mm from the floor. We design and apply compliant manifestation systems that meet these requirements while looking professional and on-brand.
