What Is a Totem Sign?
A totem sign is a freestanding, ground-mounted sign post — typically between 1.5m and 6m tall — with a sign head containing your business name, logo, and any other relevant information (address, opening hours, business park location number). Most totem signs are illuminated internally with LED modules, making them visible and impactful at any time of day or night.
Pylon signs follow the same principle but are typically taller (often 5–10m+) and are used for sites requiring visibility from motorways, A-roads, or at a greater distance — such as motorway services, large retail parks, and petrol stations.
