UV-resistant outdoor vinyl printing for signs, vehicle graphics, window displays and advertising across Manchester. Materials and inks specified for genuine outdoor performance.
Outdoor vinyl printing in Manchester demands a higher specification than standard print — because Manchester’s climate is unforgiving. Rain, UV, frost and wind all take their toll on outdoor graphics. We specify the right vinyl substrates and ink systems for each outdoor application, so your prints look as good in year three as they did on day one.
We produce outdoor vinyl prints for signage, vehicle graphics, window films, building wraps, banner printing and floor graphics across Greater Manchester. Every outdoor vinyl job is assessed for its specific environmental exposure — and we specify accordingly.
Our outdoor vinyl printing uses UV-stable solvent and latex inks with laminate protection on long-term installations. We stock cast and calendared vinyl in hundreds of colours, plus specialist substrates including reflective, anti-graffiti and textured finishes.
We offer a wide variety of styles, materials and finishes to suit every budget and brand.
Printed vinyl panels for sign boxes, fascia boards and aluminium composite panels — UV-resistant inks and anti-scratch laminate for sign-grade outdoor durability.
Cast wrap vinyl for full and partial vehicle wraps — the premium outdoor vinyl specified for body panel applications where material must conform to complex curves.
One-way vision, frosted and printed window films for commercial glazing — outdoor-rated films for external window applications.
Fabric-backed or self-adhesive vinyl for large-scale building wraps, temporary hoardings and construction site branding installations.
High-visibility reflective vinyl for road signage, safety applications, vehicle markings and night-visible advertising where reflectivity is required.
Anti-slip floor vinyl for outdoor pavement advertising, event wayfinding and retail forecourt promotions — specified for pedestrian traction.
Knowing the difference between cast and calendared vinyl, pressure-sensitive and heat-activated adhesives, and solvent vs UV inks matters enormously for outdoor durability. We get this right.
Outdoor inks behave differently from indoor inks. We use outdoor-specific ink profiles to ensure your colours look correct in natural daylight rather than just under artificial light.
The North West gets above-average rainfall and UV exposure compared to southern England. We account for this in our material specifications — no underselling of lifespan.
All printed vinyl for external sign faces and long-term outdoor applications is laminated with UV-protective overlaminate as standard — not as a chargeable add-on.

Vinyl delivered rolled in protective tubes or installed by our team for site, vehicle and architectural applications.
Cast vinyl is thinner, more conformable and more dimensionally stable — it lasts longer (5–7 years+) and is better for curved surfaces like vehicles. Calendared vinyl is thicker and more economical, lasting 3–5 years on flat surfaces. We recommend cast for vehicles and premium sign applications.
For any long-term outdoor installation, yes. Overlaminate protects printed inks from UV degradation, extending lifespan by 2–3 years compared to unlaminated vinyl. For short-term use, you can omit it to reduce cost.
Standard pressure-sensitive vinyl adhesive doesn’t bond well to rough or textured surfaces. We specify high-tack or structured adhesive variants for brick, concrete and other textured surfaces.
North-facing surfaces receive less direct UV than south-facing, which actually extends vinyl lifespan. On a north-facing wall, quality cast vinyl with laminate should last 7–10 years without significant fade.
Yes. We supply vinyl with anti-graffiti overlaminate that allows graffiti to be cleaned off with solvent without damaging the underlying graphic — popular for outdoor advertising and public space signage.
